Remove seafood from packaging and place product in a plastic bowl or plate. Cover and put product in refrigerator.
Thaw time: 8-12 hoursSubmerge seafood in its original package in a bowl of cold water. Change water every hour.
Thaw time: 1-3 hoursRemove product from package, place seafood in a strainer and run under ice cold water until thawed.
Thaw time: 10-30 minutesRemove Tuna from packaging. Submerge product in a warm salt water bath for 1 minute on each side. (1 tbsp salt, 2 cups water) Wrap in paper towel, place product in a plastic bowl or plate. Cover and put in refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Thaw time: 6-8 hoursBaking is the easiest way to cook seafood. It cooks evenly,
you can marinate in anything and there is no need to flip the product.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes
