Thawing your fish correctly is an important step in preserving the flavor and freshness of your seafood. Follow our thawing instructions, and enjoy a meal that tastes fresh out of the ocean.
Highly Recommended

Remove seafood from packaging and place product in a plastic bowl or plate. Cover and put product in refrigerator.

Thaw time: 8-12 hours

Submerge seafood in its original package in a bowl of cold water. Change water every hour.

Thaw time: 1-3 hours
Quick Thaw

Remove product from package, place seafood in a strainer and run under ice cold water until thawed.

Thaw time: 10-30 minutes
Super Frozen Tuna Special Instruction

Remove Tuna from packaging. Submerge product in a warm salt water bath for 1 minute on each side. (1 tbsp salt, 2 cups water) Wrap in paper towel, place product in a plastic bowl or plate. Cover and put in refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

Thaw time: 6-8 hours
Cooking Instructions

Baking is the easiest way to cook seafood. It cooks evenly,
you can marinate in anything and there is no need to flip the product.

Baking Fish

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes

Baking Shellfish

Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes
